Three photos from Trevor Howard in London, who had an idea to look for a decent left-hand drive R4 whilst in France in 2004, since he had two trips planned. These vans were found in the French Alps skiing area of Valloire. He adds:

'My first trip did not allow much time to actually look for used cars, as the rest of the family would rather ski than trawl around looking at old cars!! Surprisingly, there weren't many examples on the road anyway (seemed to be many more in the Loire region last year) but on the last day I spotted these two beauties standing rather sadly in a car park (a bit like buses, you wait for ages then ...)'
