Some additional pictures to compliment the white van seen earlier on this page (number PP117) have been sent in by Dave Winspear in England. He states:

'Some more pics dragged from the cobwebbed cupboard. The first one is obviously a rare sight in the town of Whitby. 3 x R'4's huddling in a suburban garden. Traffic used to gridlock outside the gate due to people diverting their routes in order to sneak a peek at the classic wheels. (Not!) The next one is my colleague Andy - thrashing my black GTL through a raging torrent. As I remember his feet got wet. Bet that's a surprise. All these photos were circa 1990.'
