A photo from Aitor Basurto in Donostia, the Basque Country, which arrived on August 3rd 2005 - the very day of the Renault 4's 44th anniversary. It shows his R4, which he refers to as a 'Kuatroelea'. This would appear to be the Basque variation on the familiar French name 'Quatrelle' and Spanish 'Cuatrolata'.
