There was no message attached to this single picture which appeared in my inbox. The email came from an Italian address featuring the name Arnaud, and the file is named 'R4 campestre', which my 15-year-old copy of the Italian-English dictionary can find no meaning for, but which Google translates as 'rustic'. That would seem quite fitting.
