This picture came from Adalberto, a traveller who has a website devoted to his life's observations from around the globe. This particular image I believe is of an R4 crossing the Sahara in Niger. The attached message states:

'adalberto, 900.000 km in all world.'

I'm not sure if that's him or the car that's travelled so far, but I guess either is possible.
