A mad UK enthusiast going by the name of 'The Scrapman' sent this unusual photo in, explaining:

'Thought we'd let you know about project 'Le Terde'. After spending a weekend welding the chassis back together (snapped so that the rear wheel was only held on by the torsion bar), it was discussed as to how easy it would be to roof chop it. A few beers later, and the odd spark... Oops. Attached is photo of how far it has come so far. Not sure if you folks will approve, but we think is becoming quite an interesting shape. Loads of work to do, but [our website] is regularly updated with current progress. Might have sourced a gordini engine for it too - uh oh...'
