This photo could be a candidate for the Mystery Cars section, since the person who sent it was rather anonymous in attaching no further comment. My best guess is that their name may be Regis Keller, or at least such names were apparent in part of the email address. Well, whoever you are, you've been lucky enough to be awarded the prized accolade of Star Car number 23!
