October 2011, I head out from my home in Lyon early one evening on a regular trip to the swimming pool, and find myself pulling up at the traffic lights behind one of the rarest and most unusual Renault 4s in the world! What at first I thought was a Plein Air is in fact a 1962 R4 Super, which was converted in 1969 into this Super Torpédo.
