I first thought this image was of something more disturbing when it arrived in my inbox, worrying momentarily that Olivier might be some manic lamb slaughterer who'd just mown the poor animal down in his 4L, but I soon realized the innocence of it all. He couldn't pull the wool over my eyes. (groan)
