The event will be held on 18th September 2010 in the parish of Côja, Arganil, Portugal. The initiative is part of the Junta de Freguesia, and will count the presence and participation of António Pinto dos Santos, a former rally driver of the mythical 4L.

This initiative is intended as a tribute to the magnificent car that won many admirers in tests both domestically or abroad, and at the same time will raise awareness and revive memories of the wonderful landscapes that the region has to offer.

The meeting time is scheduled for 9am Saturday in the market place near the Junta de Freguesia, proceeding to "Check In" for assignment of badges, for participation and delivery of souvenirs of the region. Next, get ready to start the journey which includes the paths of a few of the old sections of the Rally of Portugal.

There will be a lunch gathering at about 13h, especially some of delicacies of the region, to be followed by an afternoon recreation and entertainment. It is an invitation to all fans of 4L, the 2CV and beyond, also all who wish to participate in this meeting in Côja.

Please send entries before September 10. The cost of registration is €20 per person, €10 and €8 for a companion and for children ages 6 to 12 years respectively (up to six years, it's free). Lunch is included, but subject to prior confirmation.

Irá realizar-se no dia 18 de Setembro de 2010 o primeiro encontro Renault 4L e Citroën 2CV, na freguesia de Côja, concelho de Arganil. A iniciativa parte da Junta de Freguesia, contando com a presença e participação de António Pinto dos Santos, antigo piloto da mítica 4L, revestida com as cores do xisto, representando a aldeia histórica do Piódão.

Esta iniciativa pretende ser uma homenagem ao magnífico carro que tantos admiradores conquistou, quer nas provas a nível nacional quer no estrangeiro e, ao mesmo tempo, dar a conhecer e reavivar memórias das maravilhosas paisagens que a região tem para nos oferecer.

A concentração está prevista para as 9h de sábado, no espaço do mercado mensal, próximo à Junta de Freguesia, onde se procederá ao "Check-in", atribuição dos dísticos de participação e entrega de lembranças da região. Seguidamente, dar-se-à início ao percurso que prevê a passagem por alguns dos antigos troços do Rally de Portugal.

Haverá um almoço convívio, por volta das 13h, com destaque para algumas das iguarias da região, ao qual se seguirá uma tarde recreativa e de animação. Fica o convite a todos os admiradores da 4L, do 2CV e, não só, também a todos quantos desejem participar neste encontro de Côja.

Agradecemos que procedam às inscrições até dia 10 de Setembro. O valor da inscrição é de 20€ por pessoa, 10€ por acompanhante e 8€ para crianças dos 6 aos 12 anos (até aos 6 anos, é grátis). O almoço está incluído, mas sujeito a confirmação prévia.
