Back home following her respray in January 2002, Nicolexia sits gleaming next to a very rare Vauxhaull Viva in the car park of my old tower block residence in Salford. The yellow front and rear bumpers had not been put back on at this point.
You may also note that the bright yellow plastic side panels had not yet been put back on either. I decided to give them one further coat of paint before replacing them some weeks later, and the 100% finished car can be seen in the set of pictures that follows this entry (#MP16).
Here above and below is the car back in Hove on another visit in early 2002. Shortly after, I moved back to the south of England permanently, and was relieved that I wouldn't have to put either the car or myself through that 500-mile round trek to and fro Manchester every few months.
Below, it's that dog again. I don't know how she's managed to become such a celebrity on this site, but she keeps getting in on the act. In fact she looks rather uncomfortable in that squatting position, but I can assure you she's not doing anything unpleasant to the grass!
And finally, here's me looking rather smug in my sparkling new vehicle whilst on a trip to the petrol station in Hove. Actually, the car looks slightly pleased with itself too. Just look at its face!
