Shortly before Xmas 2009, I stumbled across this quatrelle in the street outside my language school in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon. The snowfall had been only light and not so thick as in Britain some days later, though temperatures did plummet to -11C. Nonetheless, it rather masked the many rally stickers that covered this car, which I shall always assume to be symbolic of participation in the 4L Trophy, although I'm aware that's not the only rally in or including France that involves the Renault 4. The front number plate appears to be a stick-on variety, given its curled up state.
