This picture was emailed to me by my Italian friend, Carlo, who spotted the car whilst passing through Turin. I wasn't sure if it was a homemade conversion or a JP4. Some months later, an Italian R4 fan, Davide Augeri, updated me with this info:

'The car is the Italian version of the JP4, its name is R4 Frog.'
