Right, obvious jokes aside, this is UK television personality and originator of the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? series of hit quiz shows that now spawn the globe, Chris Tarrant. The photo appeared in the Sunday People newspaper in July 2002, and shows Chris having broken down in France in his blue BMW convertible, forced to seek assistance from a passing R4 driver, who apparently proclaimed, 'Le car est mort'.
