R4 Meetings in Portugal & Spain 2002

Here's the first instalment of the three meetings, based in Almeida / Serra da Estrela, central Portugal, and Salamanca in the west of Spain. Asier Azkarate and Luis Martinez Artola from the Basque region of Spain travelled here to meet Portuguese R4 nuts Fernando Palma and João Seabra, having initially met via this website. The hope is that there will be more meetings held in the future with more R4 owners joining the party. Over 1,000 miles were covered on this first meeting, in beautiful roads and landscapes around the two countries.
