OBITUARY: R4GTL passed away in my local garage on a ramp with mechanic & myself present December 2008. She was driven every day for 3 years until her sad demise & will be greatly missed. She suffered a fatal crumbling of the front floor pans & hefty welding bill was prescribed, but turned down due to lack of available funds. All was in good working order prior to MOT failure, body fantastic, engine purred & could go on for ever, was a true sole mate. Can be brought back to life by the right person with healing hands & a welder. She comes with a vast aray of body parts from a previously deceased R4 after undergoing a similar fate. I used to own a dark blue LHD Renault 4 GTL, until it disappeared from a compound in Northampton. Dutch registration LF-08-FX. We would love to get her back somehow. Any info is welcome.
