The last Four I snapped in Sicily was seen driving past on the winding roads up the hillside in Taormina. My friend and I took a long walk from the rail station to the town on the hills above, past dozens of prickly pear cactus plants, stopping regularly to admire the breathtaking views along the east coast of the island and up towards the Strait of Messina. This model had the number plate ME 528456, and if you were driving it then you may have wondered why I was taking a photo at the roadside.
