R4 Meetings in Portugal & Spain 2002, parts 1-3

I was very thankful to receive a CD-ROM in the post during summer 2002, sent by some people you might recognise the names of. They have been some the biggest contributors to this site since it began. The disc contains over 150 photos and a few short video clips, taken during three separate meetings held this year, one of which (the second part), included many other R4 owners and some amazing vehicles. Due to the enormity of this article, I have added a list of links to each part of it below, following an introduction from the guys who sent it:
'Hi Pete. This time we send you (at last!!), the pictures of the three meetings we have done. The first in Almeida, 13th and 14th April, on "Serra da Estrela", Portugal. Three cars, Fernando Palma and João Seabra from Lisbon, Portugal, and Asier Azkarate and Luis Martinez Artola from San Sebastián, Spain. 1,000 miles in beautiful roads and landscapes. The second in Lousal, Portugal, 25th May. A trip around Alentejo villages, and lunch in an old closed mine. Eighteen cars and 400 miles. The third in Donostia (San Sebastián), Spain, the 7th to 11th June. A big trip around "País Vasco", San Sebastián and Bilbau, and Pirinéus. 2,000 miles in mountain roads, snow and good wine. Three cars, Fernando Palma and João Seabra from Lisbon, Asier Azkarate and Luis Martinez Artola, from San Sebastián. All these meetings were only possible thanks to renault4play website. We wish in the future many other visitors can join us, for bigger and bigger meetings.'
